As a former professional female athlete, I’ve spent the last few years navigating life beyond sport, focusing on how to rebalance my nervous system and live more mindfully. My journey in the UK, alongside my partner who remains a professional athlete, offers a unique perspective on calming down and embracing a more wholesome lifestyle. I’m also passionate about mindful travel and storytelling, especially sharing the rich experiences of indigenous cultures. Join me as I document my personal evolution, wellness routines, and the enriching adventures that now shape my life. My aim is to inspire athletes who aren’t high profiles to document and create content.
